Makin it up

 I went to the gym right after work today, determined to make up for not having been able to go the last two days.  I did all the exercises i would have done in the three sessions i missed, but dropped some of the sets.  so instead of doing 4 sets on some things i did 3 or 2.  
I did:

Dead Lifts
Hack Squats
Chin-ups
Hi-rows
Single stiff-armed rows
Dumbbell bent rows
Plate machine rows
Bench Press
Dips
Low cable flies
Hi cable flies
and Plate machine press

it took me an hour and a half, and it felt great!  i felt a lot stronger than i expected to on most lifts.  My low back kinda freaked out a little bit during the deads and hacks, but i expected that, since it has been a while.  I think i'll be pretty sore tomorrow.  I was most pleased with how much stronger i felt on the bench press than the last time i had it in my program.  on my last program i did alot of dumbbell benches, and now that i'm back to the standard, my shoulders feel a lot more stable than they did before.  i think my weights should move up pretty quickly this time.

I weighed in at 168.  the last time i weighed myself, a couple weeks ago, i was in the low 160s.  i think my supplements have me carrying water.
