Work out flork out

So my knee is slowly healing. It's been over a week now, but it's making considerable ground, so I don't really think I need to go into the doctor yet. It's probably at like 60 or 70%, and I figure all he'd do is give me some anti inflamatory and pain medicine anyway ( Read more... )

While all that sounds really good, if you honestly think you're depressed, you should see someone about it.

It's the best thing I've ever done for myself, and it REALLY makes a difference.

I have seen someone for it. They're doing this tactic called activation. Normally, it's just getting up and moving, and that small amount of exercise releases enough endorphins to matter. But since I go to Judo regularly, the activation applies to a non scheduled anytime kind of thing. That way I don't just sit there and mull about it.

I just don't want to see someone else go through what I went through while refusing counseling for it.
