So my knee is slowly healing. It's been over a week now, but it's making considerable ground, so I don't really think I need to go into the doctor yet. It's probably at like 60 or 70%, and I figure all he'd do is give me some anti inflamatory and pain medicine anyway.
Denise and I joined LA fitness. It's a great gym, and I should be getting a lot of use out of it. One of the biggest things I'm going to be working out is my depression. If I feel bored or lonely or whatever, I'm going to get up and go to the gym. On top of that, I'm going to incorperate it into part of my daily routine.
It's a mutli-gym pass, meaning that when they finish their kent, covington, and tukwila gyms, I can go work out there too. I'm going to try to trick people I know that want to join a gym, into joining LA fitness, so we can go hang out and PUMP SOME IRON YEESSSSSS. I'm also going to get a yoga video. If I can make the classes at the gym, that's great, but I'll probably just be doing it at home for awhile. LOL IN BED!
