Well, this is what you get when you don't look at your flist for two weeks.

A REALLY LONG FLIST.

I feel the need to cry, "It's not my fault!" But it is. It really, really is.

To cut a long story short, I spent the first week computer-less in Cornwall, and the second week ... reading fanfiction. Really, really stupid.

But how was I to know that Of ( Read more... )

Lol! So you've discoveredOf Hearts and Heroes. Yes, this fic has been the bane and joy of my existence for about a year now. At least you're coming into it near the end. I've been agonizing through chapter after chapter. But I agree, I LOVE it! It's probably my favorite fic of all time, but it's quite a time investment to get into at this point, but I certainly back up your recommendation of it. SO good!

I haven't been online much either. :-/ Moving has made it so much harder for me to get on and spend the time I once did. That and starting another semester of school. Bleh! But it's great to see your post! :-D Now we both have to wait in agony for the next chapter. At least we can suffer together. ;-)

ALL WEEK it's all I've been doing. ALL WEEK. But ... I can't be annoyed. I'm in love.

Suffer?! No! I refuse! How often are the chapters updated? Please let it be more than once a year ... if I get hooked onto another of those sorts of fics I may have to kill myself.

Hope the move went ok ... is it mostly sorted now?

How much do you love the Messages feature at the top of the page?

Lol! Fortunately emmilyne is VERY good about updating considering she lives a real life. I'd say the average update time is once a month. The chapters are so long and full of great stuff they are worth the wait, but I nearly kill myself every update trying to scroll down the page and there is no more story there. Yeah, I nearly burst a blood vessel every time. ;-)

As for the move, yeah, things are mostly sorted, but I had the distinct pleasure of having a flooded basement last week. We got it cleaned up but we still need to get the stuff that was in the room sorted out.

Messages feature? What messages feature? I think I'm missing a very cool element of LJ!!!

Flooded basement? Christ! God!

Once a month? kjfhgxklfbgl xD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't read a fic that updates monthly in years.

The message thing is at the top! In the blue bit! I'm not sure what gets delivered there yet :/ I think you have to change to the new style thing to get it.

I'm suddenly in a very strange mood. I feel like doing this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

XDDD

LOL! Yeah, that's pretty close to my reaction too. I wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be though. It was only in one room and we were able to get most of the water up (almost 6 gallons) and it doesn't smell funny. But it sucked... big time.

I think I need to change my LJ style cause that sounds cool!

Strange moods are the best! They make me happy and want to do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XDDDDDD too!!! ;-) You're awesome!
