I haven't written much this week. I suppose I've just been trying to keep myself busy while being alone. I think I've come to better grips with it than say on Sunday and monday. I haven't cried since Sunday and that's good.

On monday I got Lucille a new batter and spark plug! Now she runs just fine. Is still finicky when I first start her if it's cold out. I suppose that's to be expected, she is Italian after all, she likes the warmth and the sun. We don't have much of that today though. So after she was fixed up with her new innards and my daddy took her a spin around the block, I took her around a couple of times and then we were satisfied. Later that day I went and bought groceries for dinner. I made an excellent stir fry udon! I think it was my best to date, though I did forget to put in the water chestnuts. I made a fantastically startling discovery inside a pepper. I cut open my red pepper for the stirfry only to find inside, a small baby GREEN pepper! My red pepper was preggers with a green baby! I even took pictures of it! and it's cross sectioned in seran wrap in my fridge displaying the baby, or babies I should say, she was having twins, in the 'wombs'. I've never seen that kind of thing in Peppers before. Oranges yes, when the orange has a navel and it's got like a little orange inside of it. I think that's funny but a red pepper with a green baby?? that's just amazing!! at least to me. I also had my second interview with Chapters that day. It went surprisingly well. I was a bit nervous as Alli said Sarah was a bit abrupt sometimes. She seemed rather pleasant and despite the constant nervousness I always have, I was at ease. I was told on the spot I was pretty much a shoe in for the position, which I found out was for Head Day time Cashier @_@ Apparently a position they rarely offer to applicants outside of the company! I'm not sure how that all happened, but it happened. I got a call back yesterday and today it was settled. I go in tomorrow at 9 for paperwork and briefing and I start next week. I have to tell them that I won't be able to work a full sunday shift on the 20th, as I have a noodle date with Jessica, Tad, Laura and maybe Chelsea that morning at 10, or work saturday the 26th because of Natalies' wedding shower and...Chelsea has to decide on her party dates...and we have to choose picnic days and oh my how busy I shall be @_@ but it'll be good, for once in my life I shall be busy! and I shall run myself into the ground but at least I'll have a steady pay cheque!! haazzaaahh ^__^

Yesterday I went shopping ^_^;; which is usually what I do to celebrate a successful (or unsuccessful) job interview. I bought some polo shirts as I've seen Alli wear them to work and decided, I need a some light ones. I bought a white and a blue, as I've seen them wear blue as well as white. I also have my black ones, and even white collared dress shirts. So hopefully all of those will be appropriate. I also bought a book, I know I should've waited as I get an ace discount when I start working! But I couldn't help myself! it was a book on how to make hats! I love hats and it made it all sound really easy, as that was the idea of the book and all of the hats and ideas were so cute! I just...couldn't resist. I think this sunday or monday, if anyone wants to go with me, I shall go to the fabric store and pick up some fabric and ribbons to make hats. Maybe even a pattern to make a hoody as I've always wanted to make one, and I've been told they are very straight forward. My brother made on in Jr. High, how hard can it be?? Work was very slow yesterday. I spent a whole hour reading my book until someone finally showed up. Tad napped on the sushi bar. And then we ended up closing at about 8:15, but it was enough really.

Today it's rainy out and I spent the good part of the day in bed reading or watching Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge on youtube. I decided I wanted to make cookies, pulled out the recipee and the ingredients only to find I barely had enough brown sugar to make one batch. One batch is not enough!! But when I went to get on Lucille and take a trip to the grocer...it started raining >_< and I'm a chicken to attempt to ride her in any sort of percipation. So I decided, I should just start her up and rev her in the garage for awhile. It took a bit to start her, as she wasn't started or driven yesterday but I managed not to flood her as I patiently revved and re-revved. But once she got going...and it was boring just sitting on her vibrating seat revving the engine. I decided to screw it and venture just around the block. Just once, to see how it felt riding in the rain. It wasn't a hard rain anyway, just a light sprinkling at that time. So... I did. and continued three more times around the block at 30 km's per hour. Then I turned her into the garage satisfied and with a new sense of what I can do! Now I should go make tacos for din din. I already took out the meat though I'm not really certain if I want to make them any more. I'm feeling so lazy...that I could just put the meat in the fridge and save tacos for tomorrow... I should have some sort of meat though... I didn't have much, just some chicken fingers for lunch. hmm... I shall make the tacos u_u it's resolved!

Tonight should be dead at work, I hope it is anyway. I need abit of relaxing! It was really stressful last week, and this week I'm working a full friday shift as a waitress, not just take out. Blaahh. waitressing with Laura...fun... beeeh.
