“Ne… Takaki-kun…” Ryuutarou hesitantly called.
“Nani?”
“Can we switch roommate for tonight? I want to sleep in your and Hikaru’s room.” Ryuutarou softly uttered. He was really worried about Hikaru’s feeling just now. He knew Hikaru had endured his pain to not draw other’s attention and made them worry. But the ‘sweet’ moment of Yabu and Inoo then being added by Chinen’s unintentionally sharp tongue, made the youngest member of Hey! Say! JUMP was sure enough that Hikaru now was drowning in sadness. He might be crying alone in his hotel room.
“Eh? Nande??” Takaki and Chinen asked in surprise.
“You have problem with Chii?” Takaki added.
Ryuutarou shook his head. “Nope. I just kinda miss to play around with him.” He tried to find a reason so that his wish could be granted.
“Nee… did Hikaru say he’s tired? You can disturb him.” Daiki advised. He wanted Hikaru could get a peaceful rest this night.
“Dai-chan’s right, Ryuu. You can play around with him tomorrow.” Keito suggested.
Ryuutarou pouted. “I won’t disturb him when he’s sleeping. We can play when he’s not sleeping… and if he’s still too tired, I’ll just stay in silence.” He countered. “Nee… Takaki-kun… onegai…” He flashed his cute puppy eyes at the BEST member who loved to act cool.
Takaki took awhile thinking.
“I promise I won’t disturb his rest time.” Ryuutarou pleaded.
“You can trust him, Takaki-kun.” Yamada helped his brother.
“Alright.” Takaki agreed since it was Yamada’s request.
“Sankyuu… Takaki-kun.” Ryuutarou gave his cutest smile.
Takaki nodded and smiled.
“Ja, I’ll excuse myself too.” Ryuutarou was eagerly to check Hikaru. “Oyasumi… minna.”
“Me too.” Yuuto and Yamada added. “Good night!” They said.
“Good night!”
Before walking out, Yamada took four slices of cake with him, making the others shook their head.
“You’ll get fatter, Yama-chan.” Yabu teased.
“Hey…I won’t eat them alone. I’ll share them.” Yamada countered, pouting. There was no way for him to eat all those four slices of cake all alone after having his dinner.
Yamada and Yuuto had to part with Ryuutarou as their rooms were on the opposite direction. Before parting, Yamada gave two slices of cake to Ryuutarou. He told Ryuutarou to give one to Hikaru as he saw Hikaru only ate a little.
“Tell him I don’t want to see he lose his weight.” Yamada instructed. “We have enough skinny people in our family.” He added, smirking at the tallest boy of them.
Yuuto simply glared at Yamada, knowing perfectly that the older boy considered him as one of ‘skinny people’.
Ryuutarou chuckled when he caught the glare. “This time, I agree with you, Ryou-chan.” He stated as he and Yamada often disagreeing just like Yabu and Hikaru although the JUMP’s mood maker always ended up agreeing.
“You…two…I’m angry now.” Yuuto playfully pouted and turned around. “Oyasumi Ryuu-chan.” He mumbled and left.
Yamada and Ryuutarou took a glance at each other.
“He isn’t really mad.” Yamada said and Ryuutarou nodded, knowing Yuuto would not get angry just because of a little matter.
“Sa… Oyasumi… Ryuu-chan.”
“Oyasumi… Ryou-chan. And tell Yuuto that I love him.”
Yamada nodded before the two of them went to each other rooms to have a rest.

By the time Ryuutarou came in Hikaru’s room, he found nobody. He knocked the bathroom but there was no sign Hikaru was in it. He began wondering where Hikaru was but then he thought Hikaru probably just went to buy something and would be back later. So, Ryuutarou relaxed himself and waited for Hikaru. But somewhat he fell asleep and when he woke up, the other bed was still empty. He looked at the clock on the wall. It was already 01.00 a.m. He quickly got up and ran to Yamada and Yuuto’s room looking for a help.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
Ryuutarou knocked the door in a fast pace, indicating it was an emergency state. After some minutes, the door was opened, revealing Yamada who was rubbing his eyes.
“Ryou-chan… Hikaru-kun!” Ryuutarou said in worry and lightly shook Yamada for making him fully wake up.
“What? Nande? Hikaru?” Yamada asked in half-wake up.
“Hikaru’s missing.” Ryuutarou said and tapped Yamada’s cheeks so he fully regained his sense.
“WHAT? What do you mean, Ryuu?” Yamada frowned and widened his eyes after registering Ryuutarou’s words.
“He has not come back yet. When I came in, he’s not there already. I thought he just goes awhile… but until this time he hasn’t returned.” Ryuutarou explained.
“You’ve called him?”
“He left his cell phone.” Ryuutarou said and showed Hikaru’s cell phone.
“Let’s wake up Yuuto first and find Hikaru-kun.” Yamada suggested.
Both of them then tried to wake Yuuto up as fast as possible and explained everything.
“Nee… Let’s ask Yabu for finding Hikaru-kun, too.” Yuuto suggested.
“But… I don’t want to disturb Inoo.” Ryuutarou whined.
“Ja… just call him.” Yuuto said and dialed Yabu’s number.
“Moshi-moshi…” Yabu lazily picked his phone.
“Yabu-kun…” Yuuto greeted.
“What time do you think right now, Yuuto?” Yabu asked in annoyed tone since he was still sleepy.
Yuuto rolled his eyes. “Hikaru’s missing.” Yuuto tersely said.
Yabu’s eyes got wider, he was not sleepy anymore hearing that news. “Missing? What do you mean?”
“Just come to my and Ryou’s room.” Yuuto ordered.
“Alright. I’ll come in a minute.”
Yuuto ended the talk and waited for Yabu.
“Okay… what’s happening?” Yabu quickly asked when he entered Yamada and Yuuto’s room.
“Hikaru’s not come back yet ever since I came to his room.” Ryuutarou tersely explained. “And it’s already late.” He sounded worried.
“Have you called him?” Yabu asked.
“He left his cell phone.” Yuuto replied and pointed Hikaru’s phone on the table.
“Geezzz… what’s on his mind?” Yabu shook his head and took the phone.
“I think he’s just sad and lonely.” Yuuto mumbled.
“About that duet thing?” Yamada asked.
Yuuto nodded. What other reason could be? Yabu was the only one who had ability to make Hikaru could fly without wings to the highest clouds but on the other hand, could also make him fall down to the deepest ocean, drowning and freezing.
“And that’s being added by the talk when we’re having dinner. He even just ate a little.” Ryuutarou added.
Yabu sighed and felt guilty. “I’ll look for him.” Yabu said. He actually had decided to talk to the missing boy later after he got some good rest so they really had cool mind to talk. But, by this condition, he reconsidered his decision.
“Us too.” Yamada, Yuuto and Ryuutarou said in unison.
“Ryuu… you just go back to Hikaru’s room.” Yabu ordered.
“Eh nande???” Ryuutarou confusedly asked. He wanted to look for Hikaru as well. Was it the more people the faster Hikaru could be found?
“I don’t want put you on danger.” Yabu reasoned.
“But… Yabu-kun… Now… I’m already 15 years old…” Ryuutarou argued. He wanted to help them to find Hikaru. “I can…” He could not finish his sentence as Yabu softly tapped his head and looked him in the eyes.
“I know you’re 15 and can protect yourself.” Yabu soothingly said. “But… think about my suggestion calmly.”
Ryuutarou tilted his head at Yabu’s order. He stared in confusion at the eldest so did Yamada and Yuuto.
“He probably returns when we’re looking for him outside. So you can immediately call us. So just wait Hikaru there, nee?” Yabu wisely decided.
Ryuutarou thought awhile then nodded and went back to Hikaru’s room, waiting for them. He hoped Hikaru would return soon. He really worried about him.

It had been one hour after Yabu, Yamada, and Yuuto looked for Hikaru and Ryuutarou had not got any news from them. It made him got worrier and worrier every single second. Suddenly he heard the door was being opened. He quickly stood up and made his way to the door. He breathed out in relief when he registered who just came to the room. It was Hikaru.
“Ryuu???” Hikaru frowned, not knowing anything why the member he met in his room hotel was Ryuutarou. It was supposed to be Takaki. “What’re you doing here? Where’s Takaki? And why are you still up?” He asked in series.
Ryuutarou could not register any of Hikaru’s questions for him. He just rushed towards Hikaru and tightly hugged him.
“Cho… R-Ryuu… nani???” Hikaru asked.
“Hikaru-kun…” Ryuutarou only said that word for awhile. He needed time to make sure the person he was hugging was Hikaru.
“C’mon… Ryuu… what’s going on with you?” Hikaru softly muttered and stroked Ryuutarou’s hair with his free hand since the other was holding his bass case.
“You made me worried since I didn’t find you when I came here. I fell asleep as I was waiting for you, but you still haven’t returned when I woke up. Therefore, I called Yuuto and Ryou-chan, asking them what we should do. Yuuto called Yabu-kun and the three of them are searching for you now meanwhile I kept waiting for you here. Yabu-kun said you probably would come back when they were searching for.” Ryuutarou explained the whole thing. He then took his cell phone, but before he could make a phone call, the phone was taken from his hand. “Hikaru-kun???” He stared in confusion as Hikaru flipped close the phone.
“Who’s you gonna call?” Hikaru asked back, staring back at the younger in quite anger?
“Of course Yabu-kun. He’s looking for you right now. Besides, he asked me to call him when you have returned already.” Ryuutarou answered. He actually got confused seeing the look on Hikaru’s face. He believed Hikaru knew whom he was going to call. It was so obvious, but apparently Hikaru did not want it.
Hikaru sighed. He walked towards his bed and took his bass case on its usual place. Afterwards, he took his own phone on the table and dialed certain numbers while giving Ryuutarou’s phone to the owner.

Yabu was looking for Hikaru outside the hotel park at the south side, meanwhile Yamada and Yuuto at the east side. He decided to let both of them looked for Hikaru together, considering if someone recognized the most popular guy in JUMP. He had asked the receptionists before whether they ever looked Hikaru left the hotel. They said they saw the boy on the picture Yabu showed few hours ago. The boy also looked a bit sad as he left the hotel. Unfortunately, they did not know which direction Hikaru headed to. The leader figure of JUMP had been asked some people, hoping they saw Hikaru but they did not give any helps, making Yabu got worrier and worrier. He was afraid Hikaru was being attacked by his fans just like Ryuutarou for going out at this time.
“Hikaru… where are actually you now? Don’t make me this worried, Hikaru.” He mumbled softly and worriedly. Suddenly, his cell phone rang. He quickly picked up his phone without looking at the caller ID. “Moshi-moshi….”
“Yo… Kou… it’s me.”
“Hika!” Yabu cried out in surprise and happiness.
“Just go back to the hotel now. I’ve already back. Don’t forget to tell Yuuto and Ryou…”
“Hika… are you…” Yabu could not continue as the line already dead. He quickly turned around and ran back to the hotel. On the way he typed a mail and sent it to Yuuto, telling him Hikaru already back and asking him to quickly return.

“Nee… Yuuto.” Yamada called as they were searching for Hikaru.
“What?” Yuuto replied while keeping his sight to every corner of his surrounding, hoping he could catch Hikaru’s glimpse.
“Do you think he’s alright?”
“He? Who?”
“Hikaru-kun.” Yamada tersely replied worriedly.
“What do you mean, Ryou-chan?”
“He won’t do any stupidity, will he?”
Yuuto furrowed his eyebrows. “What are you talking about seriously, Ryou-chan?”
“He always is sad because of Yabu-kun. Don’t you think he’s on his edge??” Yamada whispered softly.
Yuuto took a breath. “Don’t think too far, Ryou-chan.” He advised. “We know Hikaru, although not as good as Yabu-kun. He isn’t like that. He won’t do such thing…”
“I hope you’re right, Yuuto.” Yamada pessimistically said.
“He’s strong, Ryou-chan.” Yuuto assured. “And I’m sure Yabu-kun will be the guiltiest person if something bad happens to Hikaru-kun.”
Yamada stared in doubt.
“Trust me, Ryou-chan.” Yuuto squeezed his hand on Yamada’s shoulder. “We know Hikaru-kun is a part of Yabu-kun and vice versa.”
Yamada slowly smiled.
Suddenly, Yuuto’s phone rang. The owner quickly took a look and he smiled.
“Yuuto?” Yamada asked as he saw the younger boy smiled.
“Hikaru-kun has returned.” Yuuto replied. “Let’s back.”
Yamada nodded and they made their way to the hotel.

After making the phone call, Hikaru walked towards his bed. “I’m sorry for making you worried.” He said as laying down on the bed and covered his body by a warm blanket. “Have a sleep now.”
Ryuutarou could only blinked his eyes, not knowing how the best he should respond for a moment. It was really unlike the usual Hikaru. He mustered himself to ask the reason. “Hikaru-kun, are you sad because of Inoo-chan and Yabu-kun?”
Hikaru did not move any inch from his position which facing his back to Ryuutarou. “I’m tired… Ryuu… Can I have some sleep?” He politely asked and heard Ryuutarou softly said ‘Yes’.
Ten minutes later Hikaru’s room was knocked harshly, making Ryuutarou who had not slept yet jumped. He made his way to the door. When the door opened, he saw Yabu was standing with worried face.
“Where’s he, Ryuu?” Yabu asked as he made his way to enter the room.
“Yabu-kun…” Ryuutarou mumbled softly and pointed to the bed.
Yabu looked at the direction and found a familiar figure was laying down. He sat down at the edge of bed and sighed in relief knowing Hikaru was already there.
“He right away went to his bed after calling you.” Ryuutarou informed.
“He did not tell anything?” Yabu asked as he caressed Hikaru’s hair.
Ryuutarou was about to answer but the sound of the door being knocked again distract him. He turned around and opened the door.
“Ryuu… has Hikaru really returned?” Yamada and Yuuto asked in unison.
Ryuutarou nodded. “He’s sleeping now.” He answered and directed his gaze to Hikaru’s bed.
“Yokatta…” Yamada said in relief and sounded tired.
“But… I think he’s not that alright.” Ryuutarou softly muttered his worry.
“What do you mean Ryuu?” Yuuto asked in concern as he placed himself down on the bed where Ryuu was sitting.
“He looked sad and when I asked him if Inoo-chan and Yabu-kun bothered him, he just said he’s tired and wanted to sleep.”
The other three only worriedly looked at Hikaru. They had same thought as Ryuutarou. It was not like the behaviour Hikaru had. He never was being cold towards Ryuutarou unless there was something bothering him.
Yabu then stood up. “So… let him have time to sleep.” He suggested and dragged the three members of 7.
“Eh?” The three brothers looked at Yabu in confusion.
“But… Yabu-kun…” Yuuto tried to protest. “Is it alright to leave Hikaru-kun?” He asked and his brothers nodded their heads, showing what Yuuto asked was right after all. They should not have left Hikaru in his current state.
“Ii yo.” Yabu reassured. “He’ll be alright here. We can talk to him tomorrow.” He added and pushed the three to the door.
When Hikaru heard the door had been closed, he opened his eyes. He just pretended to sleep all the time, avoiding answering the question the four of them might have. He then started sobbing alone and did not aware that actually there was somebody else beside him in the room. He realized it when he felt an arm found its way around his waist, a hand caressed his hair and the last a pair of lips softly kissed his cheek. Hikaru froze, knowing who was being with him right now. He tried to stop his tears and turned around. Through his blurry sight, he found Yabu was staring down at him. “Kouta??”

“C’mon… Ryuu… what’s going on with you?” Hikaru softly muttered and stroked Ryuutarou’s hair with his free hand since the other was holding his bass case.
“You made me worried since I didn’t find you when I came here. I fell asleep as I was waiting for you, but you still haven’t returned when I woke up. Therefore, I called Yuuto and Ryou-chan, asking them what we should do. Yuuto called Yabu-kun and the three of them are searching for you now meanwhile I kept waiting for you here. Yabu-kun said you probably would come back when they were searching for.” Ryuutarou explained the whole thing. He then took his cell phone, but before he could make a phone call, the phone was taken from his hand. “Hikaru-kun???” He stared in confusion as Hikaru flipped close the phone.
“Who’s you gonna call?” Hikaru asked back, staring back at the younger in quite anger?
“Of course Yabu-kun. He’s looking for you right now. Besides, he asked me to call him when you have returned already.” Ryuutarou answered. He actually got confused seeing the look on Hikaru’s face. He believed Hikaru knew whom he was going to call. It was so obvious, but apparently Hikaru did not want it.
Hikaru sighed. He walked towards his bed and took his bass case on its usual place. Afterwards, he took his own phone on the table and dialed certain numbers while giving Ryuutarou’s phone to the owner.

Yabu was looking for Hikaru outside the hotel park at the south side, meanwhile Yamada and Yuuto at the east side. He decided to let both of them looked for Hikaru together, considering if someone recognized the most popular guy in JUMP. He had asked the receptionists before whether they ever looked Hikaru left the hotel. They said they saw the boy on the picture Yabu showed few hours ago. The boy also looked a bit sad as he left the hotel. Unfortunately, they did not know which direction Hikaru headed to. The leader figure of JUMP had been asked some people, hoping they saw Hikaru but they did not give any helps, making Yabu got worrier and worrier. He was afraid Hikaru was being attacked by his fans just like Ryuutarou for going out at this time.
“Hikaru… where are actually you now? Don’t make me this worried, Hikaru.” He mumbled softly and worriedly. Suddenly, his cell phone rang. He quickly picked up his phone without looking at the caller ID. “Moshi-moshi….”
“Yo… Kou… it’s me.”
“Hika!” Yabu cried out in surprise and happiness.
“Just go back to the hotel now. I’ve already back. Don’t forget to tell Yuuto and Ryou…”
“Hika… are you…” Yabu could not continue as the line already dead. He quickly turned around and ran back to the hotel. On the way he typed a mail and sent it to Yuuto, telling him Hikaru already back and asking him to quickly return.

“Nee… Yuuto.” Yamada called as they were searching for Hikaru.
“What?” Yuuto replied while keeping his sight to every corner of his surrounding, hoping he could catch Hikaru’s glimpse.
“Do you think he’s alright?”
“He? Who?”
“Hikaru-kun.” Yamada tersely replied worriedly.
“What do you mean, Ryou-chan?”
“He won’t do any stupidity, will he?”
Yuuto furrowed his eyebrows. “What are you talking about seriously, Ryou-chan?”
“He always is sad because of Yabu-kun. Don’t you think he’s on his edge??” Yamada whispered softly.
Yuuto took a breath. “Don’t think too far, Ryou-chan.” He advised. “We know Hikaru, although not as good as Yabu-kun. He isn’t like that. He won’t do such thing…”
“I hope you’re right, Yuuto.” Yamada pessimistically said.
“He’s strong, Ryou-chan.” Yuuto assured. “And I’m sure Yabu-kun will be the guiltiest person if something bad happens to Hikaru-kun.”
Yamada stared in doubt.
“Trust me, Ryou-chan.” Yuuto squeezed his hand on Yamada’s shoulder. “We know Hikaru-kun is a part of Yabu-kun and vice versa.”
Yamada slowly smiled.
Suddenly, Yuuto’s phone rang. The owner quickly took a look and he smiled.
“Yuuto?” Yamada asked as he saw the younger boy smiled.
“Hikaru-kun has returned.” Yuuto replied. “Let’s back.”
Yamada nodded and they made their way to the hotel.

After making the phone call, Hikaru walked towards his bed. “I’m sorry for making you worried.” He said as laying down on the bed and covered his body by a warm blanket. “Have a sleep now.”
Ryuutarou could only blinked his eyes, not knowing how the best he should respond for a moment. It was really unlike the usual Hikaru. He mustered himself to ask the reason. “Hikaru-kun, are you sad because of Inoo-chan and Yabu-kun?”
Hikaru did not move any inch from his position which facing his back to Ryuutarou. “I’m tired… Ryuu… Can I have some sleep?” He politely asked and heard Ryuutarou softly said ‘Yes’.
Ten minutes later Hikaru’s room was knocked harshly, making Ryuutarou who had not slept yet jumped. He made his way to the door. When the door opened, he saw Yabu was standing with worried face.
“Where’s he, Ryuu?” Yabu asked as he made his way to enter the room.
“Yabu-kun…” Ryuutarou mumbled softly and pointed to the bed.
Yabu looked at the direction and found a familiar figure was laying down. He sat down at the edge of bed and sighed in relief knowing Hikaru was already there.
“He right away went to his bed after calling you.” Ryuutarou informed.
“He did not tell anything?” Yabu asked as he caressed Hikaru’s hair.
Ryuutarou was about to answer but the sound of the door being knocked again distract him. He turned around and opened the door.
“Ryuu… has Hikaru really returned?” Yamada and Yuuto asked in unison.
Ryuutarou nodded. “He’s sleeping now.” He answered and directed his gaze to Hikaru’s bed.
“Yokatta…” Yamada said in relief and sounded tired.
“But… I think he’s not that alright.” Ryuutarou softly muttered his worry.
“What do you mean Ryuu?” Yuuto asked in concern as he placed himself down on the bed where Ryuu was sitting.
“He looked sad and when I asked him if Inoo-chan and Yabu-kun bothered him, he just said he’s tired and wanted to sleep.”
The other three only worriedly looked at Hikaru. They had same thought as Ryuutarou. It was not like the behaviour Hikaru had. He never was being cold towards Ryuutarou unless there was something bothering him.
Yabu then stood up. “So… let him have time to sleep.” He suggested and dragged the three members of 7.
“Eh?” The three brothers looked at Yabu in confusion.
“But… Yabu-kun…” Yuuto tried to protest. “Is it alright to leave Hikaru-kun?” He asked and his brothers nodded their heads, showing what Yuuto asked was right after all. They should not have left Hikaru in his current state.
“Ii yo.” Yabu reassured. “He’ll be alright here. We can talk to him tomorrow.” He added and pushed the three to the door.
When Hikaru heard the door had been closed, he opened his eyes. He just pretended to sleep all the time, avoiding answering the question the four of them might have. He then started sobbing alone and did not aware that actually there was somebody else beside him in the room. He realized it when he felt an arm found its way around his waist, a hand caressed his hair and the last a pair of lips softly kissed his cheek. Hikaru froze, knowing who was being with him right now. He tried to stop his tears and turned around. Through his blurry sight, he found Yabu was staring down at him. “Kouta??”
