Yo!
So another update!
I got my cohort picks!!!
Because I am awesome as well as a compulsive email checker, I was the first one to submit my preferences and I GOTS IT. I'm going to Leiden, London, Geneva, Vienna and BANGKOK (never been there! so excited!) in the exact order! There were other orders of how the iternary was supposed to go and I didn't want that, nor can't afford living in certain areas in certain months (that's what happens with you have a seasonal business).
So I'm leaving August 18 for EUROPE - specifically Leiden, Netherlands and staying there til the middle of October. And I'll be flying home from London in the middle of December and chill-lax in Fort Myers with the family (and working in the restaurant, I'm sure) for three weeks. I'll be traveling on my bday. Poo-ish. I'll celebrate it early then.
THEN I'll be Geneva til the middle of March, having a mini-spring break. Which is cool and a little to early to plan, but since I'm cheap-ass person, I'm planning on flying to my grandma's in Portugal and spend the 6 day vacay there. It's cheap for me, cuz flights home are pricey (especially for a shor time), hotel stays in Geneva and/or Vienna are SUPER pricey, and traveling anywhere else like France or Italy are pricey. Unless I make friends in those areas, then I'll crash on their floor. Until spring break gets closer, I'm planning on sleeping in grandma's floor.
THENNNNN I go to Vienna til the middle of May. Go home for 10 days, unload/pack my shit up again and go to Bangkok (OMG!!!!!) til middle of July!! Then I come home and wait for my diploma in the mail. Cuz that's how I roll.
