True, true. I did sleep quite well last night, helped by Mr. Turtle (at the advice of cytosis , <3). Sadly, that didn't translate into doing much this morning in terms of work, though at the last minute - just before posting this - I got through my quiz terms for this afternoon on parts of the axial skeleton and muscles.

I stayed up till five yesterday talking to Cytosis on the phone. It was very nice -- we haven't been able to talk for so long for a long time -- but it did mean a lack of sleep and a carry-over of tiredness into the next day ( Read more... )

My relatives are gone. They stayed for five days, and yesterday they took the plane out of here back to their grand ole Arizona. The house, and my room, is free.

Well, partly the reason I haven't been posting lately is that I've been pretty busy, and part of the reason was they my internet connection was down and I actually had to take the bigass laptop down to the IT center to check for problems. I think I slept way too much yesterday. I got tired a little past 7 and decided to take a nap; woke up at 11:30. Went o.0 at the time, decided to get some  reading done for Promises. Dozed off again around 11:30pm, woke up again at 1:00am, and decided to just go to sleep and wake up really early tomorrow (like 5 or something, maybe) to get work ( Read more... )

Yesterday was something new. I was extremely tired and dozed off several times reading the "White Priviledge" essay (in the common room, no less! :P) so I decided to eschew everything and get to bed. Labor Day weekend...nothing very special. I spent all Saturday at the lab with my mother and sister without computer usage, which meant sadly meant no postings until today.

For the first time in a while, I got a good nights sleep more than fours hours long. It felt very nice. The price, though, was the 5-6 page paper, which I got very litte done.
