(285) Endings and Beginnings
This may have been more appropriate about a week ago, but I'll say it now:
I'M DONE WITH SCHOOL!!!
Well, at least for this year. Finals ended - I had my last one, Physics, last Friday - and now I have the dubious freedom of summer. Dubious, I say, because I still have classes to go to - though not of the school-and-grades kind, and because I'm still up in the air regarding a job.
But grades have come out, and overall I didn't do so bad. I have 3 A's, one A- and one B. The A's are for Spanish, Advanced Fiction (that one was lucky!) and Physics (lucky as well, because that final was a lot harder than I expected it to be). The A- is for Ecology/Evolution, which I'm slightly mad about because I was one point - read that, one point away from a full A. And as for the B... let's just say that Philosophy isn't exactly easy material go to through. Man but I've never had a professor who was so nitpicky about an essay!
So while it was a good run, it was still less than I'd hoped. Next year I have my work cut out even more for me, so I'll have to recuperate during the summer to properly get ready for senior year in the fall! Hopefully I'll have finally learned to spread out my studying so I don't end up killing myself over finals week like this time again. Boy oh boy did I not sleep very much at all...
