Glorious HD at home
I broke down and got a new Sony CyberShot DSC-T500B camera for 1) my upcoming vacation, but mostly for 2) my video blog. Why you ask? For the GLORIOUS HD (720p at 60 fps). Its kinda stunning. I did a brief camera test and uploaded the raw file footage to YouTube to see what would happen. Other than a slight compression jitter that YouTube applied, it came out amazing. Now, normally I would post-process the video, correct color, add opening and closing credits and what not, and save the footage in a more compatible format which would get around that slight jitter I saw. Still pretty cool.
