So, early last week I mailed in my passport and new photos and all the requisite paperwork to the National Passport Agency to get my passport renewed since it was expiring at the end of May. Ha ha, good advice! I re-wrote the check for $75 so they'll get their extra $8 of blood money. Reason #515 on my Disgruntled Citizen list is the $1 I owed and had to pay for Virginia state taxes. That's right, ONE DOLLAR! The bleeding doesn't stop! And yeah, gas has gotten ridiculously expensive...Sigh...

Being a mountain hermit is starting to look more and more attractive...

I said BEING a mountain hermit was attractive, I make no promises about how I'll look once I take up the lifestyle... ;)

exactly and i'm saying that BEING a mountain hermit would make you unattractive. but that the lifestyle might still be appealing. at least until you realize that you have to hunt your own food, and that it's probably really COLD living on a mountain...

I'm a short, chunky, hairy dude- I was BUILT for living on cold mountains. As for food...well, I'll just have to find a mountain near a 711 or something...
