ouu, I beat you, Lencho... I haven't updated this thing since the day after my birthday >.>
I am destroying my vision at an alarming rate as I type on the old HP sitting in the kitchen nook. My beast-of-a-computer is in remission at the moment, undergoing a fresh and extremely painful/hectic reformatting. ::sigh:: I wish these things, reformats that is, didn't have to be so painful every single time. A good thing came out of this whole ordeal, though: Chris gave me a brand new hard-drive that was sitting in his office =D So it's not exactly the 100-120GB hdd that I wanted to get, but it's a good size to store songs, videos and games (~32gb... how this is a 40gb hdd, I have yet to figure out...)
I had a fun time at the YaYa hangout yesterday = Tita Jeh's house. We chatted about life, crazy men, crazy Tita Peachie, etc.. I am now a "Misuia-lette" (Tina, correct my spelling, please) since I drive Tita Peachie around and do chores for the rest of the YaYa Misuia's. I believe that some of the new Misuia projects include making an official Sisterhood sign-up form and Tita Mary-Ann's indictment into the Neepa Hut of Misuia's!
Summer school is fun... well I guess it ought to be since it's only Intermediate Algebra, round II >.> On June 28, I'll be attending a Math "Empowering" Seminar ::INSERT LORENZO JOKES HERE:: for $30, so I am totally hoping this will enlighting and empower ::chortle:: me in ways that I could never imagine!!! BWAHAHAHHAHAA, such a [fun]ny concept this is ;D Hey, it's only taking me three years to get out of BC ::/sweat:: and it's all because of my math courses... okay, okay and also because of my fickle mind =P But things are finally starting to come together for me in the ways of Academia, so hopefully after summer, I'll successfully tackle Analysis in the Fall, Statistics and Finite Math in the Spring, and calculus at where ever I transfer to. (edit: I WILL
successfully complete those math courses!)
School...Meh, always a sore issue with me nowadays it seems. My seester, as you all know, is going to LEAVES me =( but it's all good because she's going to be fulfilling her dreams!!! YAY, SEEESTERRR!!! Hmm, my Mama is thinking about moving to Davis, but as Seester and I know, that'll be a hard thing to do considering she'd be leaving Misuia Jeh in Bakersfield with her brood + Lola/Tita Joy ---AHAHHAA =P Hmm... gonna have to see if things change within the upcoming year. Mama still has an anchor in Bakersfield and that's me. I'm thinking that she'll get serious about moving right around the time I am fixing to transfer to...SAC STATE!!! OUUU... Yeah, Sac State.. Why some of you may be crying out??? Well, they have Business Administration with minors in Marketing AND Real Estate/Land Appraisal!!! OUUUUUUUU, so jazzed XD Besides, it's nearer to my Seester and also Davis didn't have exactly what I was looking for.. =( Sowee, Davis. If you ask me about school, I'll just tell you that I am deadset on earning A's on all my math classes in the upcoming semesters as well as tucking all those loose lower-division courses under my belt (almost done!!!). Don't expect much in explainations/rationales about anything you've just read, so just be happy for me ;)
Mud volley is coming up next week! Go TEAM RAGNAROK!!! I think that some of the team members should get into the Ragnarok spirit and make some headgear from the game, Ragnarok! What do you think? Man, I'd love to get my hands on authentic, leather pilot's goggles/cap! However, I know that one week is not enough time to make that happen, but I do know that I can easilly make an angelband or bunny headband!!! Come on, Lorenzo, you know that would be an awesome idea! Meh, I need to go shopping for some aqua shoes and sunglasses for this weekend...
Oh yeah, Harry Potter is coming out this Friday and I think my Mama wants me to buy an extra copy in addition to the two Seester pre-ordered like 2-3 years ago for the Chitlins to read and destroy lol =) I'll be going with Lorenzo that night to battle for some books; I can already hear Lorenzo: DIE, SIX-YEAR-OLD CHUMPS *nyarrrr*!!!!! >=D
What else... Oh, yeah, so Lorenzo won't be the only firefighter. It turns out Bean will be a firefighter, too =) Chris starts taking FF classes in the Fall, but he won't complete his courses (academy included, I think) for another 2 years after the 03-04 school year because he is double-majoring in Fire Tech and Computer Science... Well, hey, at least he'll be getting a 5% salary bonus when he becomes a fire fighter as well as everytime he gets promoted =)
(hmm... 3 years + 21 = 24... 21 + 1 = 22 + 2 = 24 + MBA = 26?) WEEE!!! I can get married when I am 26 and WIN THAT BET I MADE WITH LORENZO!!!!!!!!
Erm... Yeah, so it's Papa's Day (happy Papa's Day!!!). I have to shower and wake up still then go over to Bean's to pick up a 98se Boot Disk ::sigh:: Ohhh yeah!!! Justin is coming home today!!!!!! WEEEE FOR JUSTIN!!!!! He is my favorite Edgar A. Poe impersonator...erm, wait a sec...
