Hola, Happy Dia De Los Muertos !!!
Today is know as the Day of the Dead in Mexico. This celebration lasts until November 2nd. The celebration is meant to honor and celebrate deceased loved ones. It was started in Aztec Mexico. According to the Catholic calendar, it is also All Soul's Day.
I became interested in Dia De Los Muertos because a friend of mine has dolls from Mexico that were a party of the celebration. I've seen a little bit about the celebration on Global Trekker for all of you PBS fans. People from the US traveled to Mexico for the celebration. Maybe some day I'll have a chance see it in Mexico!!!
