Dear lower back,
I would really appreciate if it you'd stop with this hurting business. It's been a week, your complaints have all been duly registered. This is going to be a long week and I would really like to go back to semi-normal for it, waking up in a painful knot every morning is not my idea of a cheery start to the day. I bought you a heating pad and another box of sticky heat pads, and I am pushing the limits of acceptable amounts of Naproxen. Plz to be getting happy now. Kthx.
