I had a few resolutions for this year, and just as an update, I've met two of them! Yeah! I cooked fish, and can run a 5k in under 30 min. Not bad. Still have to wear bikini, knit something and work on my quilt. Hm.
Recipe for Cuban style Salmon:
2 limes
1 T cilantro
1 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
8 oz salmon filet, no skin
1 T olive oil
