Lawrence, Kansas, October 17th, 2007, between 6 and 7 pm after a day of rain. The cool thing about the trees below is that they were REALLY that green.

UPDATED: Here you can see the same rainbow from the other side of town, courtesy of my pal Seth Jones, whose work you might've read also over at CBR on occasion.

Apparently we've been hit with FIVE tornados this morning. I'm here, and we've got power back, but I'll post links as soon as I can. Anyone else in Lawrence reading here?
