Sweet and Sour Dream

Shattered sunflower images dance through my mind
Skipping over endless waves of thought
It's a Kandy-Kolored tangerine flake dream
Surpassing reality, advancing surrealism
Distorted distortions of a crumbling constant
Melting multi-colored rainbows over my eyes
Each dripping band gives a new look at "reality"
Swirling around in a whirlpool of stereotypes
Down, down, down into the Void
The nothingness of my subconscious
A black hole, an oxymoron, everything yet nothing
A spark ignites within the Void
Exploding outward, splattering
Covering me with surreal reality
Drenching me in "day-glow" eccentricity
