First of all, "engrained in DNA" is hardly a good reason for doing something. You state that "The basic instinct to do whatever you want, as long as it doesn't infringe upon anyone elses[sic] abilities to do what they want is the only moral or law that should be upheld." This would be excellent, however it is contradictory to our "natural urges," to which you ask, "Why should you feel bad about that?"

The reason any natural urges are curbed is for society's structure to be maintained. Without society - as humans know it - we would be no more than animals, which, given the makeup of our minds, we are clearly not meant to be.

Why does having sex before marriage conflict with maintaining a strong sense of society? For one, it removes structure of familial units, which are microcosms of society in and of themselves. Secondly, and most obvious, is that it creates problems like unwanted children, which are at best, given away, as well as spreading disease.

To delve much further into the "infringing upon others' rights" argument will broach the "victimless crime" paradox. And that argument has been going nowhere for years.
