Okay, NOW I'm annoyed.
I am sick and tired of people claiming that because we are now post-IC, there is no set continuity and anything goes. Such an idea strikes me as disgustingly lazy. Both on the part of the readers and that of any writers who decide to use it make random changes.
I read comics because I want to be part of a fictional world/universe. I want to get to know the characters. I want to watch it all grow and evolve. But for that to happen it has to BUILD on what has come before.
So no kids, I'm not ready to throw out continuity just because we are post-IC. Nor am I a troll just because I don't gush with praise for Morrison. I am a comicbook fan and I have my own opinions based on my own reasoning. So yes, I'm pissed about the current state of the some Batbooks. That doesn't mean someone else can't be enjoying them, nor do I need to agree with the vocal minority inorder for someone else to anjoy it.
For that matter, my belief that Morrison is no some kind of sacred cow doesnt' mean I'm a hater. I'm means that I have a working brain and am willing to use it instead of bowing to popular opinion.
