Rainie Yang is dating JPM’s Prince
Popular Taiwanese actress-singer Rainie Yang finally confirms rumours that she is dating boyband JPM’s Prince (Qiu Shengyi).
Although Rainie has been embroiled in several scandals and rumours over the years, the 29-year-old has always been honest about her relationships, and once admitted that popular TV host and singer Xiao Gui used to be her first love.
During an interview, when Rainie was asked for her opinion on Prince, she turned red and giggled nervously, saying: “This is so awkward! I don’t really know how to tell lies,” later admitting that Prince is her boyfriend.
“He has an old soul!” she exclaimed. She also added that Prince is very humorous, mature, and “Most importantly,” she said, “He has got guts.”
“Very often, there are very few people who really have guts. I don’t like it when some guys are so ambiguous and passive when it comes to chasing a girl,” she explained.
Rainie, who previously said that she does not want to get married, has now changed her mind. Happily in love, she said that she hopes to give birth before she turns 35, but stressed that she will not give up her showbiz career after marriage.
She also declared that she will not tie the knot in secret. “I have many reporter friends who have watched me grow up,” she said. “So if I really do get married, I will announce it publicly.”
Unlike many celebrities who have tied the knot recently, Rainie said she does not like a beach or garden wedding, as there are too many considerations, and would want to hold the ceremony indoors.
