Thoughts of the Day
Sometimes I am reminded of how unfair life is. My husband and I have been trying for three years to have a child. No luck! I just recently found out that my brother, who is 40 and has a 18 year-old son and a 16 year-old daughter, is now expecting what could be twins with his 28 year-old girlfriend. How sucky is that?! Honestly, I'm happy for him, but I admit to being jealous too. As the youngest, I'm 11 years younger than my brother and 8 than my sister. All my nieces and nephews are older. As a matter of fact, I'm more like a friend than an aunt most days. They love the fact that I watch anime and play video games. The tell all of their friends how great I am and how much they love me. Makes me feel good to be loved so much. So, I guess the moral of the story is that you should be happy with the things you do have and quit whining over what you don't. Easier said than done.
On to brighter news! I have been sucked into so many new series lately. Ouran Host Club, Princess Princess, Gakuen Heaven, and Meine Liebe. I see that I have a fixation on pretty animated boys. :) I'm enjoying these shows very much. Loving Ishida Akira's voice in Meine Liebe. He is so good. Not to mention Okiayu Ryotarou of Prince of Tennis fame. I love his voice. He would probably be the reason I started watching Tenipuri in the first place. That and Fuji is pretty. hehehe. Love the sadistic tensai. I highly recommend these shows if you want something short and interesting. I love my Bleach, but tired of trying to find the plot and where they could possibly be going with the angsting. I still diligently watch, but some weeks I just feel like the writers aren't sure what to do either.
