(no subject)
If anyone has ever had an ultrasound on their Thyroid gland then you know how uncomfortable it is. My Thyroid is swollen so my doctor wanted an ultrasound. Now, the gland being swollen means I felt like something is choking me all the time. Add to this horrible feeling is someone rolling a stick across your swollen throat. It didn't hurt but, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I hate when they mess with my dosages too. I get moody and start feeling bad. But, they are doctors for a reason. So, I have no choice but, to listen.
On to other topics...I live in Louisiana. And hurricane season is starting. Yay! <---insert sarcasm here. I hate them. I hate thunderstorms so, hurricanes are horrible. But, my husband refuses to move and all of my family is here so I live with it. It will be months of sitting watching the gulf and hoping that Katrina doesn't happen again. I live too close to New Orleans for that. It was awful. Well, hopefully, it won't be as bad this year.
