I received a very touching hand-written note from our veterinarian expressing his sympathies on the loss of our cat.  It was completely unexpected, as I've never gotten something like that from a vet before.   He was also very kind when discussing Sammy's options for care at the end, which is what I needed.  I think this one's a keeper.  So ( Read more... )
