I'm so glad to see winter finally gone!  It's seems like winter lasted much longer this year than any previous years.  The flowers around my home are finally blooming and most of the trees are finally budding green.  It's so beautiful and I love, love springtime!  One of the things I'd love to do someday is see the Monarch butterflies migrate ( Read more... )

I'm so incredibly excited!  Today there was an announcement on TheOneRing.net about the Hobbit movie.  It seems New Line and Peter Jackson have (finally) mended fences and Peter Jackson will in fact be the director of The Hobbit.  They're hoping to start production as soon as possible, and we may be looking at a 2010 release!  Yay!

Ah, Aragorn! You know... I love "The Lord of the Rings", but I'll confess that my obsession started with seeing Viggo Mortensen play Aragorn when I watched "The Fellowship of the Ring".
