I'm re-watching season 1 of Supernatural with my friend, Ellen (who was the first to really introduce me to the show). We're watching "Asylum" right now. It reminds me of why I am such a die hard Dean fan. Sam has his strong points, and I can understand how people would love him. I just happen to love Dean more.
My week was pretty good. I am enjoying my classes, although I am beginning to feel the heat. It's going to be interesting but hard.
I had to observe in a day care. There was a little girl who I shadowed and evaluated. She was adorable. I spent the next 2 hours playing with her and figuring out how she was doing with various fine motor (small movements), gross motor (big movements), social, and mental development. It was kind of fun until the screamers got there. I know they can't help it, but they were incredibly annoying. She made it worth it though. :)
Have any of you ever gotten a gift that just made you feel loved? I used to scrap book with a boy who had severe spina bifida. My mom was his home-health nurse. His dad was our chiropractor. Anyway, they sent me a graduation gift. They got me this really beautiful leather bound Bible with my name inscribed on the front. It also has extra devotionals designed for women in their twenties and thirties. I thought it was really sweet that they put that much time and energy into finding me a good graduation gift. Also, the leather is purple and green, which are my favorite colors. Yay.
