today was great. it started off with the last day of work at the art school. the day went by really quick as I read and worked on an idea for a mural I am supposed to design for the art school in town center. it isn't the greatest prompt but I did what I could. After work sarah and I made some delicious smoothies and fettucine, oh and a fire to stay warm. It was a lot of fun.
Little could prepare me for what was to come next. kyle called me and I met him on my bicycle. It was absolutely freezing as we embarked on a determined dumpster diving expedition. dumpster after dumpster provided us with nothing but a decline in hope. we came across one of the last dumpsters of the night and much to our surprise found 2 giant jugs of naked juice (I highly recommend it), and about 10 bags of tortilla chips. Not only that but some one through away a bunch of pillows and an atm machine. we took the light bulb out of the atm machine, the chips, the juice, the pillows, and wrapped it all up into this huge red cloth. it looked like a giant sack santa claus would carry or something. I put it over my shoulder and we took off. I rode my bicycle down lake houston with this giant bag full of goodies that had been just thrown away cause christmas was over and expiration dates "were due". we feasted at daves and the expedition was a success and slowly but surely I regained feeling in all my appendages.
