TMO woes

I was under the impression that movers were going to be at our house in Georgia yesterday to pick up our things and bring them to NM. Wrong! Apparently, the TMO group here at Cannon doesn't do what they are paid to do. They failed to mention to me that it was my responsibility to follow up with the TMO group in GA to ensure that the information got there. Isn't that their job? Well, I didn't expect things to go smoothly either, and I had been trying to reach the GA TMO group for two weeks to no avail. Apparently, they avoid ringing phones like the plague over there. After a few hours of Angela not hearing from movers saying they were coming to pick things up, I tried calling GA TMO again. Someone answered the phone! Hallelujah! The rep informed me that the pick up wasn't going to take place since my TMO group sent the wrong phone number, and they weren't able to call and confirm the pick up with my wife. The rep understood my frustration and helped me correct all of the bogus information she had on my file. She then called my wife and got a pick up scheduled for next Friday. This will actually work out better since we won't be able to get into our house until the week of May 10th.
