great character

I have been working on this show for so long now, I forgot what life was like before it. Without it.

I have made some great friends through this experience. I have never been so happy with a cast. Not only are we good friends in real life, but everyone comments on our chemistry on stage. I have had people say to me that professional actors couldn't do what we did.

With every performance I get a little better. A little more sure of myself. More willing to risk. Less scared. Less afraid of what people will say or think.

The sign of an artist is to keep trying, to keep thinking, to keep the mind active. Do not become complacent, that is the death of art.

At the end of the show, the lights go down, and the only light in the theatre is around him. I look at him, and when he looks back at me, I don't know if he is seeing me, or just my shadow. Either way, it's my moment to look at him without anyone else but him knowing. And I don't care.
