The biggest downside to Southern California winter/spring is the humidity. In this case, the lack of it. 5%, maybe. Today was beautiful. I enjoyed sunning myself while reading Bone volume 1 over lunch. I did NOT enjoy the dry, itchy skin all over that accompanied said beautiful weather. Also the stuffy nose.
I digress.
After wrapping up various Brokechella tasks after work, I came home at 8pm super hungry. Ate a pasta bowl (with mushrooms, my favorite) and watched the end of the Hunger Games movie. Our new couch is pretty comfy, so when the time came to leave the couch to make BROKECHELLA 2013 MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL website updates, I just couldn't get up.
Jeff to the rescue!
Jeff brought me Yen, the netbook. Remember netbooks? They were the small computers pre-iPad. Yen was originally purchased in 2009 for our Japan adventure. After bringing Yen, he brought me the kleenex box. Later on, when he made popcorn, he got a special bowl just for me so I could eat on the couch while adding all our wonderful food vendors to the Brokechella site.
My cup runneth over, as they say.
