Unfuck Your Habitat. It's actually been inspiring to read this past week. One of the author's big ideas is the 20/10 clean. You clean for 20 minutes, then take a 10 minute break. Two nights ago, I timed myself. I cleaned my apartment for 20 minutes. In that time, I was able to put away camping supplies, wash dishes, hang up clothes, and clear off the kitchen table. Cleaning with a time limit in mind is easier for me than setting my goal based on an area. It's nice! My apartment certainly looks better.
This week, my goal is to schedule a dentist appointment. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in a few years. Not out of lack of insurance. No, I've had dental insurance for over 3 years now. Just laziness. In addition to regular cleaning, I want to ask them about signs of teeth grinding. I'm afraid that I've been grinding my teeth at night. :/
Beauty and the Beast, Jr is over! My free time begins tomorrow with a doctor's appt in San Diego. I want to do something outdoorsy this coming weekend. Maybe climb a small mountain in Death Valley?
