Yay! I have internet back
So, just got home from work. It was a pretty boring shift, we didnt get busy until about 9 o'clock, and we close at 10. So basically all the cleaning I had done had to be re-done, and Jenna and I didn't get out of there until 10:40.
This is going to sound completely ridiculus but, tonight at work I was cleaning the pop machine, and at the end you have to pour boiling hot water into it to get rid of any pop sticking in the drain. A bunch of scalding hot water splashed out of the cup and landed on an ant on the floor. It kind of twitched and frantically tried to swim out of the water, but then died. I feel kind of bad. What a way to go, complelely immersed in scalding hot water. Ouch.
In other news, I am totally excited about the roadtrip. We are all set for the Festival of Lights in PEI. (We being Devin, Bryan, Taryn and I). We had a bit of trouble confirming our campsite, but then we got it. The unfortuanate thing is that everyone I am going with is 19, and I am not. I think I will have to bust out Gill's ID and hope it works. We also think we have a roof rack for Devin's car, which would be awesome since there isnt alot of trunk space. They were thinking about just not bringing air mattresses to save room, but I think I would personally carry ours on my lap for the entire drive. I am not a big fan of sleeping on hard ground.
Well, better go to bed, it's back to stupid work in the morning. cheers?
