What the &#%@!

Okay, I need some help here. Let me just paste in my attempted support request.

I've been having this issue from around the time of the DDoS attack, and didn't think anything of it at the time, figuring it was an effect of the attack. I've been trying to edit my LJ profile, as well as my friends-only post to include some new information. Neither will do anything. I gave up on it until after the majority of the attack was done, tried again, figured it wasn't as all-clear as the staff had indicated, and gave up again. Just recently, I made a new post on my Dreamwidth, which I have set to auto-crosspost, and then came over here to edit my icon and a couple other things. Once again, nothing. No ability to edit. On Firefox, it loads a blank page. On Chrome, it tells me that the page has been moved. In desperation, I downloaded Opera not even five minutes ago and tried again. It told me the connection was closed by the remote server. Can someone help me figure out what's going on here?

And even the support request failed. I can't post or edit anything on LJ. I can, however, comment (sometimes. I have had it fail before). I've not tried anything with a community, but I imagine that it'll give me the same result. How can I FIX this? I really don't want to have to close down communications on the LJ end.
