Yeah, the way to Russia really wasn't a walk in a park. The consulate was just all that you've heard of Russia. We stood in queues, we had to get documents, fill forms, we waited and waited, they told us to get this and this, told us to get things we even didn't have to get... Just wanted to play us and make us wait. They never told us exactly what to do and how long things would take. In two days we waited there about 5 hours together, and we really couldn't be sure about anything until we finally had the visa in our passports. We're not even sure if the guy who finally gave us the visa took too much money from us... But who cares. The whole experience was one of those I perfectly well would have survived without...
So it seems that we have everything to go home, but Russia is Russia so just wait until we really are home.
