(no subject)
Surprise, surprise. The temperature is over zero, it's raining and almost all of the snow is gone. Would have saved myself from one more disappointment if it hadn't snowed in the first place...
I was already happy that I don't have to suffer anymore night shifts but they changed their minds and my new work begins at the beginning of the new year. So one more nigh shift and two more weekends to suffer... But at the same time my vacation continued this week, it's easier to do a couple of school things, and at this point all the extra money I get is welcome since my paycheck is going to be a lot smaller in the new job.
I had a nice Christmas party with workmates on Friday. Friends, food, music, dancing... Haven't done almost anything for Christmas though. Haven't bought any presents, haven't decorated my appartment, haven't really planned anything... Have no Christmas feeling what so ever but maybe it will show up at some point or at least I'm able to make myself at leats buy the presents and Christmas cards.
I'm still going through some things with ex because of the dogs, and most of my vacations has been ruined because of this. Hopefully this will be over soon since it's very much affecting my overall mood.
