Overheard at work today:

(in-store TV display is showing clips from a nature programme, featuring a narwhal and a couple of walruses)
Small boy: (pointing at one of the TV screens, as the image of the narwhal changes to the walruses) Mummy, look! Penguin!

Methinks one of those things is not like the others.

I am currently making Yorkshire puddings from dry mix for the first time, as opposed to just cooking frozen ones like the lazy bum I am.

I think they're turning out okay... but I overfilled the trays a bit, so I now have ginormous mountains of batter in my oven. Ha.
