Entry I've been meaning to make for a couple of days: An icon meme!
So, I did another one of these memes, this time ganked from minidiamond & cette_fille07, even though I have a pitiful amount of icons at the moment. *g*

minidiamond chose:
Sergei Dragunov and Lili Rochefort from the Tekken series. I love them both as characters, and they're awesome as a crack pairing. In fact, I thought I was the only person who considered them as a pairing until I browsed around FF.Net shortly after getting Dark Resurrection Online. It was actually cette_fille07's fics that pretty much sold the pairing to me. XD I tend to use this icon... whenever, really, or for Tekken-y posts.
Well, this, of course, is Lara Croft. She kicks much ass. In fact, she has been doing so since 1996. *nod nod* To reflect this, I used the render of her from the cover of the first TR game as a deliberate choice. Again, I tend to use it whenever, or for Tomb Raider-y posts.
This is my Happy Angelina icon! Therefore, it is usually used for happy posts.
A selection of Moos from the Klonoa series. Moos are awesome. They are cute and cuddly and I want to cuddle and squish them. I took these images from a wallpaper and basically animated them to fit with the famous three wise monkeys. Why? Because it amused me and I found it endearing. I tend to use this for cute, silly, or Klonoa-y posts.
Ayumi Hamasaki, nomming on an ice cream. Because it is pretty and cute, and appropriate for summer. Therefore, I use it for summery posts, happy posts, or sometimes the odd random post.
This is Kain. He is a vampire. He is awesome. I need not explain why he is awesome. He just is. Anyone familiar with the Legacy of Kain series will know why. Again, I tend to use this whenever, or perhaps for smug/proud/pleased-type posts. Oh, and LoK-related posts, too.

They were dancing on the steps of the church, so I took two frames, animated them in an endless loop of brightly coloured, spazzy dance madness, and hey presto! Instant disco!
