The smoke alarms have been periodically going off for hours. It all started when Euan got a bit too happy with the frying pan and ended up burning his bread to a crisp. XD
In other news, I've started a speedrun of sorts on Tomb Raider II. I've had an overwhelming urge to play it again over the past few days, so I dug it out yesterday. I initially decided on a speedrun without using the "all weapons" cheat and getting all the secrets, but then I thought "fuck it" and now I'm doing one which involves avoiding all the secrets and the use of the aforementioned cheat code. XD Of course, entering the code meant that I added a few seconds to my overall time (six minutes) on the first level, but no matter.
I'm on the fourth level (Opera House) now - I think I messed up slightly on the previous two levels, but it only cost me a few seconds.
The clocks went back by an hour last night, so it feels a lot later than it actually is. XD
