The BAFTAs
I'm currently watching the British Academy Television Awards on BBC1. I am rather amused that Anne Robinson (who is presenting the ceremony) made a snarky comment about Trinny and Susanna (well, about one of them, at least). Heh, heh. Go Anne. Sorry, but I really dislike Trinny and Susanna (and if you live outside of the UK, you probably have no idea who they are). They deserve to be locked in a dark room with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen for company.
Regarding the fact that I'm A Celebrity.... Get Me Out Of Here was up for an award (which it won as well), can I just say.... They showed Rhona Cameron's rant! *Happy dance* Sorry, but Jem and I happen to love that rant as much as we admire Rhona. (What does the press have against her, anyway? Just leave her alone, people.)
Anyway, on a negative note, my mother swapped the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets DVD and, as it turns out, the new copy has the same fault as the previous copy. *Fumes* I just hope that this error has affected one batch, and not the whole lot. We are now considering purchasing a copy from WHSmith instead.
I've recently been talking on the phone to Jem. We are going into town tomorrow and then nipping back to her house to watch DVDs and the like. During this phone conversation, Jem came out with a comment that I found rather hilarious:
Jem: "My tooth itches."
