I feel extremely lonely and nervous at the moment and there's no-one except my sleeping sister in the house to keep me company.
I had plans to sleep over Euan's tonight. I had these plans for days, and mother knew about them. Then, all of a sudden, before she goes to work this morning, she reveals "Oh, you can't go anywhere tonight, because I'm going out for a drink and I need you to look after Alice". Gee, thanks. >< If her friend wanted to invite her out for a drink, why couldn't she have said so earlier in the week, as opposed to the last minute?
Anyway. Euan came over in the morning. We watched the second episode of The Slayers and the Farscape episode Look At The Princess Part One: A Kiss Is But A Kiss. Just as the latter was ending, Jem called round. We hung around for a bit before mother took us all into town so that I could have my Careers Advice interview.
So, how did the interview go, I hear you ask? In short, it was a boring load of bollocks. I think that's all you need to know. Not that anyone wants to know, of course, but, eh.
Anyway, I have to go back there on Tuesday to look at job vacancies and such. Fun.
After purchasing some late lunch and hanging around in a church yard, Jem's mother collected us, before dropping me and Euan off about five minutes away from my house. We walked back, watched the third episode of The Slayers, and then Euan went home. I miss him already. Yes, I am soppy. Shut up.
