I want to make icons. Why won't MSpaint open? The computer just goes doop and it won't open. No error message, nothing.

...Yes, I use MSpaint. Its cropping tool is marvellously simple compared to a lot of more sophisticated pograms. I generally use a combination of MSpaint (cropping an image into a square and adding text) and MSWord 2000 (re-sizing ( Read more... )
