Shot #2 at home
Cindy administered my second T shot at home, even though my dr's nurse had indicated that we should come back in for a second demonstration. I didn't feel like shelling out an extra $60 to have the nurse stick me, though. We were both a little scared. I actually jumped the first time she tried to jab me, so I decided to lie down on the bed for our second attempt, instead of leaning over the bathroom counter-top. She did a pretty good job, even though I was a critical, whiny baby about it.
We went to the gym afterward. I don't really know what's standard protocol in terms of getting shots and then pumping iron. I am pleased with how strong I am getting, although I attribute my muscle growth to my steady gym routine more than my two shots. I don't think anyone has noticed a discernible difference in my voice yet. I'm not expecting any vocal changes until 3 months in b/c that's when I've noticed drops in other guys' voices.
School is a total drag. I know I just need to sit my arse down and get work done, but it's difficult. I'm more concerned about finding a job after graduation than getting through this semester's course-load, which isn't the right attitude.
