Aille was sitting out in the garden with Brigid and Angus in the grass. Well, Brigid was hovering while Angus slept. She was just reading, with one eye on the babies, enjoying the quiet moment in the late afternoon sun. It was too hot to go out in the noonday sun right now.

Laughing, Àille held her son in her arms and felt like everything was right in the world. The babies were ten days old, and had each nearing the four pound mark already. Feeding well and just in general being the bundles of joy she'd hoped they would be. Aille laid in her bed, Angus and Brigid both resting against her chest, sleeping. She knew she should put them down, but she couldn't bring herself to do so just yet. It had only been half a day sense their birth, but she already felt as if it had been a lifetime. Her babies... her beautiful children.

Picking up her phone, Àille called Jon and waited for him to pick up. She was still tired, however, the twins had just fallen asleep, so she figured this was the best time to call.
