1. my wrestler from yesterday didn't check in with me today. Worried about him.
2. One of my new students this semester, about 6 months pregnant, let slip today that this is not her first child. *sigh* You'd think they'd learn after the first one for pete's squeaks!
3. As the campus fitness coach, I was interviewed for the school newspaper today.
4. A hot nurse practically stripped in front of me today. She was so impressed with my changes in physique she wanted to show me the marks on her body where she had lost a bunch of weight herself years ago. She also showed me her whole tummy and a nice bit of her cootchie as well. Result!
5. I have had exceptional energy the past couple days, and the only change in my diet that I can tell seems to be beans. It's one of my favorite foods anyway, but I've been having them for lumch the least two days, and together Alexis and I created this AMAZING 3 bean chicken chipotle soup. Took less than an hour from start to finish, and should be good for at least 6 meals.
6. No workout today. Today is rest day.

I'm quite happy with my current state of things. I intentionally gained about 12 pounds over the Christmas break, but yet so many people keep telling me I look like I've lost more weight. Obviously the weight gain had th desired effect - increased uscle mass. I hope it's given my metabolism a kick-start as well, since I'm about to enter another cutting phase until April. Looking to seriously uncover the abs. With the knee feeling better I should be able to up the HIIT a bit, and assuming I continue to eat clean, That should be good for a while, and then the last few weeks I can actually "diet." That gets put in quotes because when I diet, my calorie count doesn't change much at all. Sometimes I even eat MORe calories when I "diet."
