Dear bread dough,
Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy do you hate me so? Why don't you EVER rise for me? I used a bread mix that works for everyone else I've known, with brand-new yeast that doesn't expire until 2012, and still you have sat in your covered bowl (as per instructions) and Not Risen for two hours now! Is it something I said?

ETA: I got it to rise, finally! I think I just keep my home too cool. (I'm happy at 65-68F.) In the oven with the light on = rising dough. So it'll be midnight before I can finally put it in to bake, but by God, I'll have fresh bread! :D
