It was a good Christmas--lots of fun, lots of food, lots of family time--but I think I'm glad it's over. Now I can just enjoy my vacation. And no tree to take down and put away, because I never did put one up! :D

Commenting from my iPhone coz I don't know when I'll get to the cimputer today and this might be time sensitive.

M and I love our wii fit plus too, use it every day, but it's very important before you use it that you make note of the balance board's weight limit. I've heard of two people who didn't notice it had one and broke theirs. Just as a word of caution.

Sounds weird. Are you suggesting that the weight limit is significantly less than advertised? Or that the people you know had multiple people on their board at the same time? Because, well, otherwise I can't see how this warning would be 'time-sensitive' for aibhinn.

No. I'm suggesting that some of the people I know didn't pay attention to the weight limit and as a result broke or seriously damaged their boards. It's a comment I would make to anyone-- large or small, just as a general PSA. I was posting it as "time-sensitive" because 1) I didn't know when I'd be online today (as you can tell, it's now), and b), I didn't want to forget to mention it. Also, I've heard that some people even at 250 lbs have had weight-related issues with their boards, and that's significantly less than the 330 lb "official limit."

I'm aware that my comment might have come across in the wrong way, and that wasn't my intent at all. Aibhinn and I have been good friends (in real life as well as online) for many years and I love her to pieces, and if she interpreted my comment as hurtful, she would have said so.
