Happy Thursday!
The rain has stopped for a while! I love the rain--I sleep SO well during the rain--but I really prefer a variety of weather, so having some sun for a while will be nice. And it's warm enough to go about without a coat, which is nice, too. (Then again, I'm insane; if it's above 50, my sliding-glass door is usually open.)
We've got less than 6 weeks of school, whee! I shouldn't be so thrilled, but you know, I am every year. There's something wonderful about waking up and thinking, "Only 26 more times I have to be up at this godawful hour." Really, though, the hour I have to get up is the only thing I really hate about my job. I'm on the clock at 6:45 a.m., and school starts at 7:15. Poor kids who have to take math 1st period! I don't blame them in the least for being half-awake.
Off to lunch! This weekend I'm going out with
mmmusings and her hubby and some friends to see Star Trek at the Cinerama in Seattle. Whee! :D
