I got up TWO MINUTES before I normally leave for church today. Made it only five minutes late... to discover the Bishop was here from San Francisco! So I got to see a hierarchical Liturgy for the first time. Wow. And Bishop Benjamin is REALLY NICE. So yay! I was there a lot longer than usual for a Sunday, because of all the Cool Stuff That Happens when the Bishop's around. :D
After, I went to lunch with my "godmother" (my sponsor when I was Chrismated, who's 9 years younger than I) and her husband, and we just spent a couple hours talking and laughing. Was lots of fun, as I hadn't seen Dani and James in AGES. Then I went over to hang out with xwordslingerx and her family. And I've dived in: I bought "Animal Crossing: City Folk." You're right, Tina, it's addicting, darn it.
Off to bed now; back to work tomorrow. 35 more school days. Not that I'm, y'know, COUNTING.
