Borrowing trouble

I swear, I am the world's worst worrywart.

I've been sitting here, playing around online (admittedly, while I should be cleaning), investigating where I might buy furniture when I move to England, and then I thought:

Holy crap. This stuff is actually nearly twice as expensive as it looks, if I'm bringing American money over. How am I going to afford this?

Which became:

Will I have to buy a cheap futon to act as my couch and bed?

Which became:

OMG, what about pots and pans and stuff? Will I even be able to cook?

Which became:

Will I even be able to move? What if I get a job and I can't afford it?

Which became:

Shit. I've got to start throwing money into savings. OMG, will I even be able to cook here? I've got to SERIOUSLY save up.

And worked myself into a fine state, until I suddenly realised:

Hey, dumb butt, YOU CAN RENT A FURNISHED FLAT UNTIL YOU'VE GOT YOURSELF ON YOUR FEET.

I'm an idiot. But it's mildly funny in retrospect, so I thought I oughta share. :)

england, stupid lissa trick
