The stiff drink did nothing to subsidy the throbbing violently thumping in his head. Maybe he shouldn’t have taken them in the first place... and with an empty stomach to boost. He sighed. And he calls himself the president of a leading bio-chemical company. Ray stared at the ceiling; shut his eyes to get a little peace of mind. The pounding became louder and louder, he wasn’t sure if it was from the door or in his head. His eyes fluttered opened. The pounding sounded again, followed by a husky voice.
“Bleau, are you in?” he heard the voice saying. God, he had such a lousy timing.
“Yeah, give me a minute.”
Ray stacked his papers into a bearable sight, pushed them to the left of his desk. The cluttered pencils were put into their mug, eraser waste thrown in the paper bin and he combed his hair with his fingers, praying it looked alright.
“Ok, come in.” Ray leaned back against his big leather swivel chair. He knew it almost swallowed his size, but he liked it. It was probably the most comforting seat in his building. It’d be much more satisfying if he could sit on someone’s lap in this chair. Well, preferably tall, big, and muscular... and hung as a horse.
“Erm, Bleau?” the voice brought him back into stark reality. Damn, when was the last time he got laid? College?
“Oh sorry,” Ray gave him a small smile before putting on his serious face that everyone was accustomed too. “Have a seat.”
“Thanks.” Both Jaejoong and Yoochun took their seats and waited for him.
Ray tapped a few keys on his keyboard and brought up a black screen window with bright blueprint of the building and the city area, which was shown against the white wall on his left.
“Two patients went missing yesterday.” He began. “Night.”
“O-Ok, nobody told us.” Yoochun sat up straighter in his chair, and wondered how Ray managed not to slide off the swivel chair he was on.
Jaejoong crossed his arm, and waited patiently for the information and instructions to roll out of Ray’s tongue. The petite man had such a commanding tone despite his size, which he would have guessed around five-foot-four. His curly dark golden locks framed such a delicate face. Nobody would’ve guessed he was such a powerful man behind those, dare he say, beautiful physique. Maybe it was just those damn stereotypes. Blame it on Hollywood and its counterparts in portraying CEO’s in such a way, Jaejoong mused.
“So, as I was saying, we need the two of you to get them back.” Ray clicked to the next slide. Profile of two good-looking young men showed side by side.
Yoochun licked his lower lip unconsciously. “Mind if I ask why they’re important?”
Ray shook his head. “They’re our research for our latest project. And as Dr. Lundquist deduction had said, they have to be under close supervision because a virus has been detected.”
“You didn’t go to the media...” Jaejoong scratched his chin.
“No, because we can’t risk it... this kind of thing will scare the public and bad image to Bleau.” Ray entwined his fingers, resting them on top of his lap. “So, this is where you guys step in. Get them back ASAP here. If they’ve become out of control, you’re allowed to use your gun, but wisely please. We still need to analyze their blood and tissues.”
Yoochun glanced over at the profile of their target. “We’ll have a copy of this?”
“Yes, definitely. And, you’re not allowed to talk to anyone about this operation.” Ray looked from one to the other.
Like anyone cares to listen, Yoochun thought. He glanced another time at the screen, taking note of how young they looked. Kim Junsu and Jung Yunho, Yoochun noted the name in memory, though he had a feeling he would remember Junsu much better than Yunho. Don’t ask him why. It just felt that way.
Jaejoong wiped his palm against his jean-clad thigh. “So, we start today?”
“Yes. All your required items are ready for you in your department’s counter.” Ray glanced at the wall clock before letting his eyes wander at his best two security personnel. “I’m counting on you.”
Both of them nodded in agreement though the slight frown on Jaejoong’s face gave away his slight distress over the matter.
“You’re dismissed.” Ray pushed himself off his chair.
Jaejoong nodded and did an inner high five when he noticed that he was in fact towering over Ray. His guessed had been right. He’d guessed it was fitting to his delicate features.
“Thanks.” Yoochun led the way out with Jaejoong right behind.
“Oh, please be careful and collect your target file from Dr. Lundquist or Dr. Tanaka.” Ray said before he closed the door behind them.

The lift opened their metal doors which led to sleek white walls and no windows in sight. At the end of the corridor that was enough to fit three people in width, was the massive shiny metal door.
Yoochun keyed in his number on the keypad beside the door. Once he pressed enter, he looked straight, staring at the paper-thin screen above the number pad. A flash of light and a beep later, the thick doors clicked, and spread apart to let them in.
Their boots clicked against the similar sleek white tiles. Jaejoong shoved his hands into his back pockets, hating the silence that was almost deafening.
“You’re alright there?” Yoochun asked over his shoulders. “You seemed quieter than usual.”
Jaejoong sighed. He walked up to Yoochun side and stopped at their assigned storeroom.
“I’m fine.” Jaejoong keyed in his number and pressed his thumb against the blue pad. It beeped.
“But you don’t sound ok.” Yoochun did the same to his storeroom right beside. “You’re scare, aren’t you?”
“Yes, no.” Jaejoong pulled the metallic bar to reveal the contents.
Guns, handcuffs, tailor-made leather gloves, special ray-detection shades, PDA, first aid kit, a couple of ammos, keys, credit cards and what looked like a fruit knife.
“This sure is very serious.” Yoochun moaned at how the gloves fit snugly against his hands.
Jaejoong shook his head. “Come on, we still need to head to either one of the hottest doctor’s office.” He unzipped his backpack and shoved all the remaining equipments in.
Yoochun slid the gun to the shoulder harness and slung the bag over his shoulder. “I won’t be surprised if we found them in the same office making out. I swear there’s sparks, but they’re just too blind to see.”
“Mr. Matchmaker, better get your lazy buns moving.” Jaejoong yelped when Yoochun slapped his rear hard before leading them out to the lift.

Marc tweaked the plant tissue on the transparent circular plate with his tweezers before putting it below the microscope. He turned the knob to increase the amount of zooming in. He felt a brush again the small of his back and shivered.
“Jonas, could you get me that other dish?” Marc reached out his hand, but instead of feeling the cold dish against his palm, he felt hard flesh beneath white lab coats. Oh god help him. Jonas had such a strong thigh...
“Here you- damn!” Jonas yelped as his ankle connected with the leg of the table where Marc was working on.
“Are you alright?” Marc was off his stool and was checking on Jonas’ ankle in a heartbeat.
Jonas leaned against the edge of the opposite table as Marc had his ankle on his lap. He watched Marc pulling off his shoes and socks to get a better view of it. The moment Marc’s smooth hands circled his bare foot, Jonas felt his cock jump. Marc leaned forward further until Jonas felt his hot breath against his feet. He had to bit his lower lip hard or Marc will find out how turned on he was right now.
Marc rubbed at the sore spot a little longer than necessary. An excuse to not stop touching Jonas, Marc mused. He dared a look up and saw Jonas looking at him with such intensity that it got his cock weeping behind his dress pants.

Yoochun leaned against the glass door and called for Michel. “Hey, Mich.”
The sweet-looking redhead went around her table to give Yoochun a kiss on both cheeks. She did the same with Jaejoong.
“You two look good.” Michel looked at them both carefully. “What are you guys up to? I mean this is the first time you’re guys on this floor. I’d guessed it’s about that?”
Jaejoong nodded. “Yeah, we need to see either Marc or Jonas. Are they in?”
Michel grinned. “They’re in L8-04. Just walk straight and turn to your left at the end.”
“Thanks. How long have they been in there?” Yoochun couldn’t help but grinning when Mich giggled. They had been about the same thing.
“A little over an hour?” Michel winked. She clipped back her hair with a thin white hair clip. “I need to go back to my report. See you later, studs.”
Yoochun let Jaejoong lead the way. Something about this floor gave him the creeps. It had this feeling like there were some mentally disturbed people somewhere around here. Maybe it was the damn white colour everywhere. The sleek-finish white door with only a medium-sized circle glass high on the door greeted them.
Jaejoong pushed the door and was delighted with the sight of two men staring at each other. Jonas had his ankle on Marc’s lap, whose fingers were circled around his ankle. Interesting. He thought he heard a soft pant coming from either or both of them.
Yoochun cleared his throat and they sprang apart so fast, Jonas almost lost his balance.
“Hey.” Jonas limped towards them. “Injured my ankle.” He pointed at the slightly bruised ankle.
“Oh, I hope it’s not that bad.” Yoochun studied the ankle. “We’re sorry to interrupt you.”
Jaejoong looked around the lab, taking in the tubes and jars of glasses on racks after racks. The workstation was clean as whistle.
“No, it’s nothing.” Marc waved dismissively. “I was just checking his ankle.”
“Yeah, right.” Jaejoong smirked, and earned a red-faced Marc. “Bleau says he has something for us from you.”
“Oh yes, that’s right.” Jonas rubbed his palms against his lab coat and made his way to the adjacent desk. Fumbling with the files in one of the drawer, he gave each of them a mini memory card.
“Run this in your mobile. All the needed information is there. Patient A01 and A02 are infected, and we need them back here soon. Each of them is embedded with a chip near their hips. Check there for verification with these.” Jonas handed each of them a pen-size detector with a mini blue LCD screen.
“Mind if I ask what they’re infected with?” Yoochun studied the pen before looking at both scientists.
“Vampirium. The side-effects aren’t determined yet, so that’s why we need to study them.” Marc added.
Jaejoong’s eyes rounded. “You mean like vampires?”
“I’m not sure, really. The sooner they get tested the better. If the virus is harmless, it’s good. But if not...”
“They’ll change into vampires?” Yoochun scowled. He didn’t think vampires ever existed.
“We’re not sure, and that’s the problem.” Jonas scratched his head. “Please be careful. They might be emotionally unstable.”
“Ok.” Yoochun pocketed the memory card. “Wish us luck.”
