So I was checking my bank accounts today to discover that my supposedly fee-free checking account has been charged a $20 maintenance fee for the last two months. Currently chatting w/ customer support. I actually tried calling (a miracle for those of you who know how much I hate talking on the phone) but Liam fell and hit his head and I got lost in the menus. So internet chat it is...

Edit: theoretically it's fixed now, though the fees have yet to be refunded. We shall see.
